Manchester Half - I am no longer able to take part

Considerable effort goes into producing the Manchester Half. From the moment we receive your entry, funds are allocated to anything from race pack items to venue hire, admin teams and event day infrastructure.

Refunds: If you notify us via email within 14 days of the original order, a full refund (less the booking fee) will be provided. Please note a refund will not be possible after 14 days under any circumstances unless you purchased Booking Protection when entering.

Booking Protection: If you purchased Booking Protection with your entry, you can make a claim via your participant dashboard accessed on your confirmation email or your Time To account.

It is not possible to defer your place or transfer your entry to someone else.

Withdraw: If you're not eligible for a refund or did not purchase booking protection, please let us know you're not taking part by withdrawing from the event. To do this please email [e-mail] and they will be able to confirm the policy and cancel your entry.
